Quota allocation process

Corporation quota usage permission type

There are two permission types of corporation quota usage rights:

  • All projects of the corporation can use the products in corporation quota
  • The specified projects can use the specified products in corporation quota

Corporation quota allocation steps

  1. Click [Billing].

  2. Enter the Corporation Account in Quota query and click [Permission Settings].

  3. Select the appropriate permissions for the corporation project to configure.
    All projects of the corporation can use the products in corporation quota: It means that the quota item group of all products under the corporation account can be used, and this rule also applies to newly created items.

  4. The specified projects can use the specified products in corporation quota: The meaning is that after the allocation is completed, each project under the corporation can only use the quota in the specified product, and the products without the quota cannot be used. Subsequent new corporation projects need to complete the permission configuration here before they can use the corporation quota.

Additional configuration features

Allocate usage quotas for projects based on quota orders

This feature allows you to assign usage permissions for product quotas to different projects within your company. You can choose to configure this feature according to your needs. The configuration process is as follows:

  1. This function is off by default, you can switch the button to the “ON” state.

  2. After enabling the feature, click “Allocate Usage Quotas>>” to assign available quotas to projects in " Quota Query-Corporation Account-Details".

  3. Each quota detail can be assigned for use in separate projects. If a quota is not assigned, the projects displayed under area “1” can use the quota.
    Area 1: Only projects displayed here can be selected.
    Area 2: Here set which projects the quota can be used.

  4. Once successfully assigned, the quota can only be used by specified project(s).

  5. If your company needs to allocate quotas for multiple projects, please place multiple orders accordingly.
